This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile and web applications developed, published, and maintained by ADALINA / SISCOM across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including but not limited to:

• Tiempo España — Spain Weather & Radar (com.SpainWeather.TiempoEspana)
• WeatherUK — Live Radar & Forecast (com.ukweather.live)
• USA Weather & Radar Tracker (com.usaweather.live)
• Météo France — Radar Pluie & Prévisions
• FuelSense — Price Tracker & Navigation

Collectively referred to as "the Applications" or "our Services". We respect user privacy and are fully committed to protecting any information processed through our apps.

1. Location Data Collection & Processing

Our weather and utility applications may request permission to access your device's geographical position (approximate or precise GPS coordinates) strictly for the following on-demand functionalities:

• Delivering localized current weather, forecasts, UV index, and rain alerts.
• Centering the live Doppler rain radar map on your current area.
• Displaying nearby fuel service stations and distance calculations in FuelSense.

Important Privacy Safeguards:

• Location access is entirely optional and permission-gated by iOS and Android system dialogs.
• Coordinates are sent ephemerally over encrypted HTTPS to weather/map APIs to fetch data and are never stored permanently or logged on our servers.
• You can disable or revoke location permissions at any time in your device's Settings.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To provide high-quality weather radar data and support free app distribution, our Applications integrate compliant, industry-standard third-party SDKs:

• Weather & Radar Providers: Open-Meteo API, RainViewer, Sunrise-Sunset API.
• Advertising: Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may use device identifiers (such as IDFA / GAID) in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and Google Play policies to display compliant non-personalized or personalized ads.
• Crash & Performance Diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics to monitor application stability and resolve bugs.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All network data in transit between our Applications and external servers is secured using HTTPS/TLS 1.3 protocol encryption to prevent eavesdropping, interception, or unauthorized tampering.

4. User Rights, Data Retention & Deletion (GDPR / CCPA)

Because our applications operate account-free without requiring names, email logins, or phone numbers, we do not build user profiles or databases.

Data Deletion: Any locally saved preferences (such as pinned favorite cities or recent searches) are stored on-device via local storage (SharedPreferences / UserDefaults). You can completely delete all stored data at any time by clearing the application cache in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

To exercise your GDPR/CCPA rights or submit a privacy inquiry, you can email our Data Protection contact at: siscom.info@gmail.com.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our Applications are designed for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
